2. Products and Services
We sell digital color correction (CC) presets designed for Free Fire gaming footage, compatible with Adobe After Effects. All products are:
- Digital downloads delivered electronically
- Delivered immediately after payment confirmation
- Include preset files and installation instructions
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable charges. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
4. No Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Due to the digital nature of our products, once a purchase is complete and the download link is provided, refunds are not possible. Digital files cannot be "returned" as you retain permanent access after download. Please review all product details, requirements, and compatibility information carefully before purchasing. 5. Technical Support
We provide technical support for the following issues only:
- Download link not working
- Installation guidance
- Compatibility questions

6. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay Payment Gateway. We accept:

- Net Banking (All major banks)
- Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.)
Full payment is required before product delivery. We do not store your card or payment details — all transactions are handled securely by Razorpay.
7. Product Delivery
After successful payment:
- You will be redirected to a download page immediately
- The download will start automatically within seconds
- A manual download button is provided if auto-download fails

8. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is initiated. As digital products are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation, there is no window for cancellation. Please review all product information before making a purchase. For full details, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. License & Intellectual Property
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the preset. All intellectual property rights in our products remain with Wizardedits. You may NOT:
- Redistribute, resell, or share the preset files
- Include presets as part of another product for sale
- Claim ownership or authorship of the presets
- Share your download links with others
- Reverse-engineer or modify the preset for redistribution
10. Limitation of Liability
Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for:
- Game bans or penalties resulting from use of gameplay footage with our presets
- Incompatibility with your specific software version or system
- Results that vary from previews or examples shown
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data or profits arising from use of our products
11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation via email (wizardbusiness8@gmail.com). If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
