Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Wizardedits sells digital products (color correction presets) that are delivered electronically as downloadable files immediately after payment confirmation. Due to the nature of digital products, we maintain a strict refund and cancellation policy as outlined below.

2. No Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Since our products are digital files delivered instantly upon payment, refunds are not possible because:

  • Digital files cannot be "returned" — once downloaded, you retain permanent access
  • We cannot verify whether the files have been copied, shared, or used after delivery
  • The product is delivered in full immediately upon successful payment

We strongly recommend that you review all product details, system requirements, software compatibility, and preview images carefully before making a purchase.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is initiated. As our digital products are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation, there is no window for cancellation.

  • Payment initiated → Order is considered final
  • Payment confirmed → Product delivered immediately
  • No cancellation is possible at any stage after payment initiation

4. Support for Technical Issues

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring you receive and can use your purchased product. We will provide support in the following scenarios:

  • Download link not working: We will re-send a working download link
  • Corrupted file: We will provide a fresh download
  • Installation issues: We will guide you through the installation process
  • Payment deducted but no delivery: We will investigate and ensure delivery or escalate with Razorpay

Technical support does NOT include monetary refunds. Our goal is to help you get the product working.

5. Duplicate or Failed Payments

If you are charged twice for the same product due to a technical error, or if payment is deducted but the transaction fails on Razorpay's end, please contact us with your payment reference number. We will coordinate with Razorpay to resolve the issue. In cases of genuine duplicate charges, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days through Razorpay.

6. Support Response Timeline

We aim to respond to all support queries within 24-48 hours. When contacting us, please include:

  • Your Razorpay payment ID or transaction reference number
  • The email address used during purchase
  • A description of the issue you are facing
