1. Delivery Method

Upon successful payment through Razorpay, your product will be delivered as follows:

1. Instant Download: You will be redirected to a secure download page immediately after payment confirmation
2. Download File:The product file (ZIP format) will automatically begin downloading. If it doesn't start automatically, a manual download button is provided.
3. Contents: The downloaded ZIP file contains the preset files and installation instructions

Delivery is instant. You will receive access to your download immediately after Razorpay confirms your payment. Typical processing time is under 30 seconds. There is no waiting period, no shipping time, and no physical delivery involved.

3. Download Issues

If you experience issues with downloading your product:

• Ensure you have a stable internet connection
• Try using a different web browser (Chrome or Firefox recommended)
• Disable any ad blockers or download blockers temporarily
• If the download link has expired, contact our support team with your payment ID

4. Re-download Policy

If you need to re-download your purchased product (e.g., lost files, new device), contact us at wizardbusiness8@gmail.com with your Razorpay payment ID or transaction reference number. We will provide a fresh download link within 24-48 hours.

5. No Physical Shipping

Since all our products are digital downloads, there is no physical shipping involved. You will not receive any physical package, CD, or USB drive. The product exists entirely as a digital file that you download to your computer.

6. Delivery Confirmation

Your order is considered delivered once the download page is presented to you after successful payment. The Razorpay payment confirmation serves as your receipt and proof of purchase.
